RICHMOND, Va., Nov. 16, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Dominion Energy, Inc., a subsidiary of Dominion (NYSE: D), today announced the acquisition of an 80-megawatt solar facility in Virginia from project developer Community Energy, Inc.  Construction on one of the largest announced solar facilities in the mid-Atlantic region is expected to begin later in 2015.
